How to ship to me

Give the seller my FFL info and have them ship to 4908 S Carmine, Mesa, AZ 85212. Call or text 602-908-9514 first so I know it's coming and can send my license. FFL # 9-86-013-07-7b-17682.

What to bring at pickup

Valid government-issued ID with your current address. Military and first responders bring the ID that qualifies you for the $10 rate. Transfers denied by background check are still subject to the transfer fee.

How long it takes

I'll call or text you the same day your firearm lands. Pickup is by appointment Monday through Friday, or walk in Saturday between 10:00 and 4:00. The counter paperwork and background check usually take about fifteen minutes.

Private party transfers

Selling or buying from another individual and want it done through a licensed dealer? That's a $40 private party transfer. Both buyer and seller need to be present with valid ID, and the buyer goes through the background check like any other transfer.

Areas I serve

Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, Apache Junction, Tempe and the wider East Valley. The shop sits near the Mesa Gateway area, so it's an easy stop from the 202 or Ellsworth.

While you're here

Since the firearm is already on the bench, transfers are a good time to add a full clean and inspection, sight work, or a grip fitting. Ask at the counter and I'll quote it on the spot.

FFL Transfers — what customers say

Feedback from East Valley customers who've had this work done at the bench.

"I was referred to Mike to help me with my firearms. Mike quoted the job and went way beyond the normal course of business. I liked his work so much, I brought everything I have to him for inspection and a cleaning service. He runs a clean shop, is very punctual and has great attention to detail. I intend to improve some things in the future and Mike has become my go to for all of my bullet launchers. His prices are competitive too! As a former military person from the old school, this is someone I can trust with my prized possessions."

"Mike was very responsive and very detailed when fixing my AR-15. I had this barrel issue that wouldn't let me fire a round! I took it to The Broken Gun and man he was like a surgeon! Taking measurements, taking photos, and sending me pictures to show the issue. I was worried about being nickeled and dimed taking it to a gunsmith but he was able to identify the issue, tell me what I need, and fixed the issue! Very reasonable on pricing to a point I felt like I underpaid! Within 3 days I received my firearm back and man it shot like a dream. No issues whatsoever and very well built. No oil being dispensed out of any areas as it was cleaned and oiled perfectly. I will definitely return my firearm to Mike without a question."

"Mike is great. Easy to work with and good value for the services. Had him work on an old .22 with sentimental value and he got it running great again."
